Overview

You approve the strategy and the creators. We do everything between: finding the right people, checking they are real, agreeing terms in writing, briefing them properly, reviewing every draft, paying them on time, and telling you afterwards what actually moved. Most programmes fail on the middle bit — the chasing, the half-finished contracts, the content that arrives off-brief. That is the part we own.

Campaign strategy

Creator tiers, platforms, KPIs and budget split, agreed before a single message goes out.

02

Vetted creator roster

Every name checked by hand — engagement patterns, audience overlap, past brand work and anything that would embarrass you.

03

Signed agreements

Rates, deliverables, usage windows and disclosure obligations in writing before production starts.

04

Approved content

Each draft reviewed against its brief, with specific feedback where a revision is needed.

05

Performance report

Reach, engagement quality, CPM, saves and shares, split by creator tier, with what to repeat and what to drop.

How it runs
  1. 01

    Scope and strategy

We agree the objective, the creator tiers, the platforms and the budget split. Nothing goes out before this is signed off.

  2. 02

    Source and vet

We build a longlist, then cut it by hand — follower quality, comment authenticity, audience overlap and brand safety.

  3. 03

    Negotiate and contract

Rates agreed, usage rights and exclusivity defined, FTC disclosure written in. Nothing moves without it.

  4. 04

    Brief and review

Every creator gets a brief for their audience, not a copy-paste. Drafts are reviewed before they publish.

  5. 05

    Report and adjust

A report that names which tier, which hook and which creator earned their fee — and what we change next time.

A good fit if
  • You are running continuous creator activity and it has outgrown a spreadsheet
  • You need one team accountable for fulfilment, not a list of introductions
  • You have been burned by creators who took product and never posted
  • You want reporting that tells you what to do next, not what already happened
Common questions
How many creators can you run at once?

We have run 82 in a single two-month campaign. The ceiling is not outreach — it is how many briefs and drafts a human can review properly, and we would rather cap it than let quality slip.

Do you work gifted, paid, or both?

Both, and usually a mix. Gifted seeding finds who genuinely converts; paid locks in the ones who do. Leading with paid alone is how budgets get wasted.

Who owns the content afterwards?

You do, for the usage window in the contract. We negotiate the term up front so you are not going back to renegotiate when an ad performs.
